Atomic Habits (by @JamesClear ) Read it multiple times and started applying it daily. biggest takeaways: - identity based vs outcome based habits. If the behavior change starts from the Identity, the outcome will be just a consequence - winners and losers have the same goals

Probably "Four Thousand Weeks" by @oliverburkeman - It pokes at the societal norms of how we all think about time and allows you to consider a different perspective on it all. Very well written.
