James Clear has spent years honing the art and studying the science of habits. This engaging, hands-on book is the guide you need to break bad routines and make good ones.

Love it. One of my favorite books is Atomic Habits. A lot of similarities between the concepts there and how you operate!

Atomic Habits was the best book I read in 2020. But while reading is good, application is better. So here's how to use the frameworks from that book to build a writing habit:

you’ll learn:
How to break goals down into tiny habits
Inspiring case studies of how Olympic gold medalists, CEOs and over-achievers use tiny habits
How to stay productive, motivated and happy

Atomic Habits by @JamesClear is one of my favourite non-fiction books of all time. I've written a summary highlighting the best principles so you can apply them to your life too 👇

“If you show up at the gym 5 days in a row—even for 2 minutes—you're casting votes for your new identity. You’re not worried about getting in shape. Youre focused on becoming the type of person who doesn’t miss workouts”

Lessons:
• Habits compound to produce huge results.
• The best way to build habits is to make them easy, attractive and rewarding.

Gm Alex! This is a loaded question to start the morning 🤣 Self growth books I probably have to go with: 1- Atomic Habits 2- Way of the Turtle 3- The copy writer’s handbook 2 were recommendations from you 👌🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Two books you MUST read if you are serious about improving your life 👋 { Atomic Habits } [link] { Deep Work }

There are a lot of books that taught me different things in different phrases of my life. Top 5 at the top of mind rn: 1. The Almanack Of Naval Ravikant 2. The Laws of human nature 3. The Daily Stoic 4. Atomic Habits 5. The Compound Effect Again there are lot of others as well

Atomic habits is one the best self help book which I've ever read. Even in my year reflection I mention that, to read this book is one the best decision which I'll make in 2022.

We can help those who struggle to read and answer this question with a daily book summary on @1TweetBooks. Understanding habits and triggers is certainly very impactful:

Atomic Habits, James Clear. Each behavior, no matter how small (atomic), counts, and it blows up (atomic) as who you become.

ATOMIC HABITS is the book I'll mention by @JamesClear. Btw Here are the top lessons from the book.

Atomic Habits by @JamesClear Atomic Habits is the most comprehensive and practical guide on how to create good habits, break bad ones, and get 1 percent better every day.

"Atomic Habits: An easy and proven way to build good habits and break off bad ones." by James Clear. However, it proved not very easy

Atomic Habits - if you want to do more of something, make it easy. I carry books around with me in my bag now so I default to reading more, and got a library card for the library next to my office. Totally changed my life!

I’ve read a lot of replies to the question, but with this simple reply…you’ve blown my mind right open with this one sentence. Atomic Habits just jumped towards the top of my reading list. Thank you 🙏.

Atomic habits: "each action you take is a vote for the person you wish to become."

At some level, anything you desire to do (or stop doing) boils down to your habits. When you don't clearly understand the contributing factors to make (and keep) or break (and truly stop) habits that are moving you toward or away from what you ultimately desire, you'll stay stuck.

Every week I'm interacting with coaches or players who are quoting core principles from @JamesClear superb bestseller Atomic Habits. I think "aah, I know what's been on your reading list." I've got a lot from it, too. Highly recommended.

Today I would like to share another book that I really enjoyed: ‘Atomic habits’.
It taught me about the importance of small habits, consistency, time keeping, self-discipline, good planning, and preparation. All valuable lessons that help me to achieve my goals.

As a physician attempting to help my patients build healthy habits to decrease and reverse chronic disease, Atomic Habits is the playbook I have been searching for. Not only does the book offer actionable items I can teach my patients, I can refer them to read and implement the ideas themselves. The format is powerful and simple. This should be taught in all medical schools.
