Andy exemplifies the best of Silicon Valley. Andy built the model for what a high quality Silicon Valley company could be.

This one only gets better with age. Although it’s only mentioned briefly, this is where Andy Grove first introduced OKRs to the world. His practical advice about meetings, especially the importance of 1-on-1s, inspired my own writing.

"No Rules Rules: Netflix and the Culture of Reinvention" is the best management book I've read in a very, very long time. Kudos to @reedhastings and @ErinMeyerINSEAD for creating something that is (imo) in the same class as Grove's "High Output Management" 👏👏👏

[Andy’s] book played a big role in shaping my management style.

Lessons:
• The best managers increase the productivity of their team.
• They achieve this through effective training and motivation.

High Output Management is a bible that every entrepreneur and every manager in the country should look at, read and understand.

An important book which says some very important things . . . beautifully and with style.
