Practice Mindfulness to Stay Present
I struggled with depression and anxiety when I was 21.
These days to be at peak performance every day I:
• Do a guided mindfulness meditation
• Get sunlight in my eyes at 6 am and 7 pm
• Practice yoga
Healthy body → Heathy mind
