Also a great thread from @mlipsitch on the recent brouhaha over the Boston experiment. This is the key point. Clearly, self-regulation isn't enough. There needs to be clear regulations, as global as possible, with smart, independent, informed oversight.

A great article about a crucial topic. Many people struggling with Long Covid are running out of short-term disability and savings, but the disability/insurance bureaucracy keeps putting up obstacles — and many are are already too ill to navigate that maze. Terrible situation.
