The entire thread is worth reading but I've said this to a bunch of people privately — I know what Tesla is about (post-oil mobility for everyone), what SpaceX (we're going to Mars) but Elon hasn't laid out a big vision for Twitter. Not really.

Please read this book even if you’re not starting a company. If you work at a company, reading this will help you judge the leadership of where you work a lot better. Read this book.
