Florian Bartunek initiated his career at Banco Nacional in 1989. He is the founding partner and CEO of Constellation which was founded in 1998 as Utor Investments, a proprietary fund for the previous owners of Banco Garantia. Before Constellation Florian was a partner at Banco Pactual where he held positions as head of research, proprietary trader, and manager of all equity portfolios/funds. During his time at Pactual (1990-1998), he managed the Andrômeda Fund, the highest ranked equity fund in Brazil for 3 consecutive years.
