Today we released a new @CERRE_ThinkTank report on data access in the DMA/DSA package. The link is below!

The report develops a framework to facilitate the implementation of data access obligations in the new regulations

We first summarize and categorize all such obligations. At least 54 different ones!

We then analyze three specific case studies to go more in-depth on the challenges of translating these regulations into reality.

These are the creation of ad advertisement databases (a 39 DSA)

Researcher access to data (a 40 DSA)

Access to click-query data (a 6(11) DMA)
