Crafting an offer your audience will buy is about making something they already want.

I don't like guessing.

Eff. That.

I like being certain.

The Godfather Framework gives you the confidence to create offers people simply "can't refuse."

Here's how it works:
STEP 1: Specific Person

Identify a real person.

First name and last name.

If you could clone your favorite client/customer, who would it be?

Another way of answering this is by asking the question, β€œwho pays me the most, the easiest?”
STEP 2: Specific Outcome

How will working with you advance your Specific Person to the next step of their journey?

The Specific Outcome needs to be, well, specific.

In one sentence, describe the outcome a client gets in a way a 10-year-old can understand it.
STEP 3: Specific Process

Define the productized & proprietary process you use to get your specific person their specific outcome.

Don't overthink it.

This is *how* you do what you do.

Document it.

Step-by-step.

Name it.

Congrats. Now you own your process.
STEP 4: Specific Package

The container you're using to deliver the specific outcome for the specific person?

That's the specific package.

It’s what they're really buying.

Could be a VIP day, an audit, or a meal plan–you name it.
So to recap, the Godfather Framework is:

A.) Specific Person
B.) Specific Outcome
C.) Specific Process
D.) Specific Product

Hope that helps.
