Every Solopreneur must generate internet traffic.

And if you can master getting traffic from multiple sources, you can build a 6-figure business.

A simple breakdown of 5 types of web traffic (and how to get some):
Direct Traffic:

Direct traffic basically means users who visit your site by directly typing in the URL.

Why it's good: Shows your brand is becoming popular with searchers.

How to get some: Become known for one specific thing & increase your social presence & social network.
Organic Traffic:

Organic traffic comes from visits to your website through different search engines.

Why it's good: This traffic comes from people searching for something specific, increasing your lead quality.

How to get some: Analyze keyword gaps & low-competition keywords.
Referral Traffic:

Referral traffic happens when someone visits your website by clicking on a link from somewhere else.

Why it's good: Sends potentially qualified visitors to your website from trusted sources.

How to get some: Guest blog posts, podcasts, newsletter trades, etc.
Social Media Traffic:

Social media traffic means people visit your website after clicking on a social media post.

Why it's good: Builds a lot more awareness at the top of your marketing funnel!

How to get some: Post regularly & drive people to the website on your profile.
Paid Traffic:

Paid traffic comes from people who visit your website after clicking on an ad that you paid for.

Why it's good: Fast, easier to track, campaign optimizations, etc.

How to get some: Run ads (Meta, Insta, LinkedIn, etc.) or hire an agency to run ads on your behalf.
To recap the 5 types of web traffic:

• Direct Traffic
• Organic Traffic
• Referral Traffic
• Social Traffic
• Paid Traffic

Here's my recommendation:

Attack one channel get really good at it, and then bolt on another.

Don't try to master them all at once!
