⚡️⚡️Russian Telegram is saying that some 🇷🇺 banks are refusing to give people their money. To prevent cash withdrawals, they are blocking debit cards from working and turning off ATMs.

I am betting that the Russian🇷🇺 Government/banks will say that everything is absolutely fine, there was only:

a. A computer glitch (or a NATO produced computer glitch);

b. A misunderstanding (caused by Ukraine, of course) that left the ATMs/banks without money.
