Politics is a power struggle to change the rules.

Eg, democracy goes: "If elected I promise to change rules to the benefit of my voters."

We live in a world of people always changing the rules to benefit themselves by seeking power.

This is politics.
2/ #Bitcoin is rules that don't change:

Not by elections, not by decrees, not through war, not through violence.

It offers an alternative: A world where people live in peace because there is no struggle to change the rules.

It is the anti-political, the anti-war.
3/ #Bitcoin is so new, so radically innovative an idea, that we don't have words from previous experiences to describe it.

When the Internet was new to people they spoke of "surfing the information superhighway."

No one 'surfs the web' or calls it information superhighway now.
4/ Trying to describe Bitcoin as digital gold, for example, completely omits Bitcoin's immunity to seizure/theft through violence and war. That's a pretty big omission.

In the end, #Bitcoin is, well, Bitcoin - the first and only thing of its kind.
5/ Born out of mystery, from a mysterious creator, who mysteriously disappeared, leaving us to figure out what it is, #Bitcoin can't be accurately described in any short number of words drawn from the period of time before it existed.
6/ But in time, like the Internet, #Bitcoin will be well understood, and we will not be able to imagine or remember what life was like before it.
7/ Unlike politics - the power-struggle to change rules - #Bitcoin is the application of force to preserve and enforce unchanging rules.

It's an idea that takes political power head-on, saying "no more changing the rules."

It's also money and lots of other stuff too.
