No joke, I kept 10 copies of this book last year and gifted it to all my friends.
If you’re struggling to figure out what’s next in your career / not sure if you should follow the default path, Paul has some brilliant advice for you.

I just finished The Pathless Path by @p_millerd. There are few books I wish I wrote. This is one of them. It puts into words so much of what I’ve experienced and felt the past 5 years. Highly recommend if you crave a life and career on your own terms.

I’ll give your two: 1) Lost Connections by @johannhari101 2) Pathless Path by at @p_millerd The first changed my view of others, the doorway to empathy flung open. The second changed my view on myself. I felt validated for the first time in so many major life decisions.

The Pathless Path. I especially like that he speaks to how to keep the lights on when you're pathless. Bought it for both my offices, and wrote long emails and texts with excerpts from it for days after. A pathless movement is coming soon to India.

The Pathless Path is an exploration of the invisible scripts that constrain our lives. It is not a how-to book filled with “hacks”; instead, it is a vulnerable and personal account of Paul's journey from leaving a path centered around getting ahead and towards another, one focused on doing work that matters.
