“Trump is a hero to his supports. He is going to say to his supporters, that he told them he would do anything to win this election for you, to prevent them from building the world that they want to build that you don’t want to live in. I told you I would do it and I did anything. And, I’m gonna have to pay a price for that but I’m gonna pay it for you. No politician has ever given you this much. No other politician has put themselves in this type of precarious position for you. Nobody except me.”

“One of the things the Electoral college does is limit the ability of a nefarious actor to come in and influence the election and have a fraudulent outcome. If we had a nationwide popular vote, a nefarious actor, domestic or foreign. They need to know where are the population centers… and they can swing votes in that one place. If we have the electoral college, it becomes slightly more complicated.”
