"...every topic, no matter how trivial or important seems to have at least two completely opposite perspectives on it... quite often this perspective doesn't get along with that perspective. This is even true within the church when both perspectives are Christian perspectives...
a deep chasm forms between them and they focus energy on building a strong foundation for each of their perspectives...
They've drawn from the same resources, but they've come up with radically opposing views.
They either continue to launch missiles at each other hoping to destroy the other tower and be the only one left standing or they simply ignore the other tower and pretend it doesn't exist.
What if there was a 3rd way that was not compromise, but something much deeper that changes how we think about the very substance of reality?
The truth lives... in the tension of both perspectives.
