My journey with Rust began a few years back when @Brooooooklyn was still sitting beside me. He was banging his head against the wall and kept mumbling about this new language called Rust which he could not understand.

Two years later at a different company, I was handed a crumbling node.js API server that was demanded with high throughput. I decided to rewrite it in Rust and it succeeded. The server handled unimaginable throughput without any problems.

I was convinced after this experience. I told myself that I wanted to become a full-time Rust developer.
The compiler has a fast linter that can process around 1000 files per 100 milliseconds.
