If you want to become a millionaire, the first thing you must do is reset your mind.

Here are 5 ways to reset your mind:
1. Gratitude

This is a simple exercise you can do in less than a minute each day.

Write down 3-5 things you're thankful for from the prior day.

If you want to make this more powerful, be grateful all day long.
2. Meditation

Meditation gives us an awareness like no other.

You realize you have power over your thoughts.

You can choose to engage with them or not.
3. Affirmations

We have a limited number of thoughts every day, and many of the repetitive thoughts we have are negative.

With affirmations you are replacing your potentially negative thoughts with positive, intentional thoughts.

You choose what thoughts dominate your mind.
4. Hypnosis

With hypnosis, you are simply allowing yourself to be in a more suggestive state.

This state of mind allows your subconscious mind to be more receptive to accept the words of the hypnotist as truth.
5. Focus

Finding focus in your goal is the key to achieving that goal.

You must set aside time for that one thing you desire the most.

Focus is being intentional on one singular task, and you can enhance your focus by tracking your progress on that goal.
