At the end of each email from my free course, Blog Like a Boss, I kindly ask people to send me their thoughts on the course.

What they liked/disliked.

I do the same on Twitter/Medium.

6/6 I reply to every comment there or on my blog posts.

It's a lot of work.

But probably the only way to know your audience better and build an even better product for them.

I gather every response in a sheet I later use to inspire my writing and my next product.

To summarize:

1. Talk to real buyers
2. Immerse yourself in their problem
3. understand why they bought
3. come up with a solution you wish existed
5. use the feedback to build your product
