An NFT analysis at +$1200 in less than 13 hours

A Saturday Evening my NFT, during my opportunities research session, I spot a project in the @singular_xyz trending (a NFT tool)

It has a fairly high floor price (0.3 ETH) but still has a lot of sales.

It intrigues me.

Its name: The Art Pass, created by Iconic Moments.

I start by looking at its Twitter account.

Nothing extraordinary, tweets with not too many interactions, I think "weird"...

But I continue and I look at the website.

And I discover very interesting information.

The Art Pass gives VIP access to limited, rare and never-before-seen digital asset releases.

The project is linked to Proof (the company behind Moonbirds) and is in partnership with the biggest museums in the world.

Lesson 1: don't be too quick to judge the growth potential of a project because it has a low number of likes for example.

Everything is explained...

On top of that, the mint took place recently which also explains the high number of sales.

Take a look at the recently minted collection, mint is one of the periods where NFT collections have the highest potential for increase.

The floor price can go up fast and soon.

I KNOW there is an opportunity, now I have to find out when to buy.

So I quickly move on to the technical analysis.

Via the singular website, I see that the number of sales is increasing and the number of listings is decreasing.

The ideal situation.

It's the perfect time to invest.

But be careful, the mint is not finished, indeed the first part of the mint is over but the second is in 2 days (at the time of my analysis).

It's imperative to sell our NFT before this second mint because it will increase the supply, the offer and therefore has strong chances to lower the floor price.

I share my analysis with the investor that I accompany.

It's late, I decide then to go to bed.

The next morning I wake up, check my phone, and bingo.

The floor price reached 1.5 ETH during the night and is currently at 1 ETH.

What an incredible feeling of happiness when I see the messages of thanks from the investors I accompany.
