According to a blog from the project:

The artist is “an OG crypto artist”
who may or may not choose to doxx

Nakamigos holders retain commercial rights!

Holders can monetize NFTs as they see fit.
The licensing agreement states holders can even trademark their NFT so long as it is actually being “used in commerce”

This kind of IP usage permission is quite powerful.
