"There are more effective ways to defeat racism. The least effective way is to label white people as racists. The much better way is in fact to listen to where in any white person, or any person is coming from so that you can appreciate that they are multi-dimensional and they get the sincere sense they are being heard that therefore, they will also give you the time of day."
