An Ironman is one of the hardest races known to man.

2.4 mile swim, 116 mile bike, followed by a marathon.

I did my first one last year and beat my goal time by an hour.

• 188 pounds
• 11.3% body fat

Results from 12 months ago:

• 188 pounds
• 15.8% body fat

Solid year!

Added 8 pounds of lean muscle and lost 8 pounds of fat.

(And have come quite a long way since my days weighing 280 pounds😂)
