A massive book, that's superbly written, very well researched with references so that you can check for yourself if he's made it all up or not.

The book reads as two halves, first, why 9/11 did not happen as per the official narrative and second, who may have engineered and gained from another version of events.

There's more to it than 9/11, of which Icke demolishes the official stories.

He goes into detail about who's running the world and their plan for the population.

Love his books, he's opened my eyes.

He hits the nail on the head every time.

If you want to know the truth, read this book. The book is quite big but that is because it is written in two parts. Part One, Demolishing the official story and Part Two, Who really did it and so much more.
Although some of it is repeated from previous books, it is needed for the reader to understand the full picture.

As it says on the back of the book "David has had the courage to write it. Do you have the courage to read it? If you do it will transform your view of 9/11. It will transform your view of everything."

Read it. Read it now.

Incredible detail of research, presented in a way that encouraged me to get through its encyclopaedic size as urgently as I could.
Morover, I know I'll keep going back into it as a reference tool, as needs be.
In an age which created the term 'post-truth;' this book could not be more valuable.

Twain was correct, truth obeys no laws, and David Icke's work definitely demonstrates this to be true.

A well researched book, I couldn't put it down. Don't let the size of the book put you off. Part 2 will blow your mind.

To the critics that call David anti-semitism, no he is not, definitely the opposite. The proof is in the book, read it!

Well, I finally finished The Trigger by David Icke...it took me seven months to read...it's about 900 pgs long, small print, and every sentence is jam-packed with information...as such, The Trigger can be a tough read at times, but it's not as drawn out as it sounds. To help get though it I read it in increments of 150 pages at a time, then I'd set it down, let it sink in, gather some notes, read maybe five lighter books, and then continue on. Approaching The Trigger like that helped me to get through the book and learn the material...that plan might help you through it as well. -I have read many books by David Icke, The Trigger is definitely his best imho. The first part of the book covers a history behind the group who he believes committed the 9/11 crimes, then how it was carried out in general terms which included a close look at intelligence & corporate factions involved, followed by close look at a number of individuals (many, many new names I wasn't familiar with), and finishes up with how 9/11 has affected the U.S. and world the last 19 years. -As usual when reading you can hear Icke's voice...as well as his logic, anger and humor (lot's of one-liner jokes)...and he ends the book like he always does, walking straight into the next one (The Answer was just published). -I've heard a lot of criticism of David Icke in the past two years...but not from me. I think he's the Greatest and the Bravest...he started the parade for Truth back in the '90's and is still leading that parade. The world needs many more like David Icke!

I remember where I was on Sept 11 2001, it’s one of those days that will forever stay in my memory, a day that literally changed the world and had far reaching consequences. There’s always been questions about 9/11 for me, things that just didn’t add up and seen quite right with the official version. This book is one of the most concise books written on 9/11. It’s not a book of just statements but facts that back it up. Full of details and questions, but ultimately it’s full of answers. It’s a book that will change your view on the world and those that run it. It’s a book that will blow your mind and keep you turning those pages frantically. Yes it’s a big book, but the content is needed. Fantastically written and extremely well put together. Everyone who wants to know the truth about 9/11 should read this and even those that don’t.

"Put all the evidence together and the connection between what happened on 9/11 and ultra-Zionist Israel and its military, intelligence, and censorship network is breathtakingly obvious. Most people don't have the guts to call this out because they fear the consequences ..."

This book should be compulsory reading for everyone. Confirms a lot of what we already knew - that this 9/11 event was not as the ‘official’ story depicted. But what David also does here, is incredibly dedicated and brave - to expose the truth, including providing the names of all those crazy criminals who are behind do many of the problems in the world - and that absolutely need to be stopped from a generational warped plan against humanity.

This book is likely to be the most important you’ll ever read - and if we’re not quick, one of the last! Read it, pass on to your family and ACT NOW to halt the 5G control/kill grid and very obviously real AI take over before the final pieces of the puzzle are in place.

A long read sometimes repetitive but i get it Dave you want to use that hammer and smack our brains back to life.
Most people won't read it sadly ,i mean who reads 900 page books in a time of sound bites ..but i did and i'm glad i did.
If we all use common sense and react to that instinct nature gave us that senses rats then we may not be where we are today surrounded by a lying media and government who have no empathy for the masses and are taking us on a ride to permanent slavery.
I'm not here to rant but if one is willing to stay the course this book is worth a read .
David tells the story much better than i ever could.
Who's behind 9/11?
Read with an open mind and you will find out.

Fantastic. I love books by David Icke. He really make you think and see things you don't normally see. His books always take me in a new direction to new authors and things I research myself. Great read.

Despite that it took me 2 months to read (to the day), I really enjoyed this book!

The Trigger was recommended to me by someone in the family, and since I had read one of Icke's books years ago, I knew what I was getting into. I also had not read any books on 9/11 before this one, so I figured what better way to start?

I realize this author is somewhat controversial, but that makes me more likely to read a book by an author, not less likely. If 1,000 people tell me not to read a book by a certain author, that's the author whose books I will pick up first.

I shared this book in a non-fiction book group I belong to and the majority of reactions were not pleasant. One woman said the author is a "lunatic" who is known for publishing "lies." I asked her if she really thinks this book is 900 pages of lies. Her answer: "Yes." When I asked if she read the book, the answer was no, of course not.

Another person told me Icke believes in shape-shifting alien lizard people. I said he's made no mention of the lizard people in this book, so who cares?

What it boils down to is that I don't care if an entire book is nothing but lies, I'm going to read it and make that decision for myself. Maybe there and some lies and some truths. Maybe it's all true. Whatever. Who cares? I'll read it and decide for myself.

I enjoyed this book for what it is...a well written, well researched work of non-fiction. The author builds a heck of a case for what really happened on 9/11...and why...and who was behind it. The book includes interviews and testimony from witnesses of the events of 9/11 and FDNY firefighters who were at Ground Zero. Is the author right? Is he wrong? Somewhere in between? Is this book 900 pages of lies, or is there truth hidden somewhere in these pages?

Pick up the book and decide for yourself.

If only David Icke had a proof reader prepared to stand up to him, this could be an excellent book.

It is much much too long. There are far too many lengthy lists, none of them bulleted. Very little white space. Way too many over-long sentences strung together into rambling paragraphs: it's exhausting to read. With a few exceptions the illustrations are poor quality and much too small. If they were removed, some breaks inserted into the text, and the tiresome swear words excised, there would be a danger of taking the content more seriously. Maybe room for some footnotes and proper references, while staying within the page limit....

A lot of what Icke says makes complete sense, especially the final two chapters, which are very prescient. Likewise the postscript.

Long stretches of the text look as if they were dictated and then typed by a third party, or maybe he used voice recognition. A proof reader would have picked up, for example, how "plasticity" is rendered as "placidity" (which is curiously apt in the context that is used i.e. with reference to psychological priming).

As for whether his analysis is accurate/convincing: not always, no, but way way more persuasive than the long-debunked official story of 911.

I have to hand it to David Icke. He single handedly keeps the flames of antisemitism burning, with his willful ignorance. It is no surprise that he is British. While the English and Scots didn’t invent antisemitism, they’ve been promoting it for centuries. As far as Icke, he is beyond clueless when it comes to any knowledge or understanding of Kabbalah. That David Icke has always promoted his belief that it’s about eating babies, the devil and pedophilia leads me to doubt he has the intelligence necessary to seriously study it. Icke is incapable of grasping the difficult material offered in the Kabbalah. If he could, he’d realize that, to sum it up, it’s about a pure heart (intent, act & will). I also strongly doubt David Icke is fluent in reading and writing Hebrew, at the heart of Kabbalah. Like all hateful people, their ignorance and limited capacity becomes obvious the minute they open their mouth. I don’t believe in censorship but no one should publish the babbling of this amateur sleuth. Anything he writes is not worth the time to read it.

Officially, this books consists of 2 parts. I would say there are 3 :

Part 1 : talks about all the things that are wrong with the official 9/11 story. Although I was already familiar with a lot of these arguments, some of them were new to me. All in all an interesting read.

Part 2 : talks about the people behind 9/11. I found this +/-half of the book almost impossible to get through. So many names ! But the reveal in and of itself was unexpected.

Part 3 (the last couple of chapters) : ties it all together. This was for me the best part of the book : easy to read and a fascinating idea.

It feels as if this book is where all his other books have lead to ; it's a sort of a conclusion.
So yeah, definitely read this book if you have read David's previous books and you don't like a cliffhanger ... =)

This is quite a good read. I only gave it three stars because some of the facts are actually wrong. The author states the planes used for 9/11 were fly by wire and were hacked from the ground. I am an Airline Pilot and I know for a fact that both Boeing B757 and B767s are not fly by wire. So if David Icke got that bit wrong what about the rest?
I have done a lot of research into the whole 9/11 thing and digged quite deep. This book does offer some valuable insight and I would recommend it to anyone seeking for the truth. Just don't believe everything David Icke writes.

The first part is an excellent display of investigation and details about the 9/11 plot. The rest is good and I like the fact that he has mentioned some of the quotes of those anti-european supremacists who praise for the racial and cultural destruction of Europe and calls them out. Same with the transhuman endgame and all. As for the whole race being an illusion, that's simply one thing I don't agree because race-denial is an element of the Cultural Marxist agenda. Not to mention that he forgot to include the character of Kalergi in all of this.

Overall great book indeed.

David Icke did an amazing job of researching his information. I think this is a must read for everyone to fully understand the way the world really works and who has control over everything- it is definitely not who the public think! There is a shadow government that have never been elected by the people and they control everyone that holds high level political office. There is no point in voting - it is all a farce! We do not have freedom in North America - at all!

There's a reason this man is regarded for his antisemitism and spread of hate. What a colossal waste of time this book was. I'm all for conspiracies and freedom of speech, but there are limits to what can and should be published. It's quite a large book but I gave up reading halfway through, I just couldn't stand the blatant lies and bullshit anymore. There's a reason this man has been banned from entering The Netherlands. What a lunatic.

David Icke is finally being acknowledged for being decades ahead of his time, after years of being ridiculed as a conspiracy kook.
This book is phenomenal. Impeccably researched .. just try to refute anything he says!
It is huge but divided into 2 parts. Part 2 will wake up even those who are still deep in Delusionland, if they take the time to read it.
For everyone else it will confirm everything you suspected was true, backed up with irrefutable facts.

The book is divided into two parts: 1) a presentation of evidence to the effect that 9/11 was a conspiracy and 2) a description of the persons who perpetrated it, as well as a detailing of their objectives. Being familiar with the first argument, I only read the second half (500 pages unto itself).
