SciVive is brilliant; in fact, I will go as far as to say it is the best book I've ever read. You will read this book and truly begin living your best life. Pick up a copy. I would be shocked if you disagree.

Scivive challenges the reader in a way that few self-help books will. The book commands you to take away something from it, and implores the reader to not settle for a passive read.

Heart tackles life from more of an "eliminative" theology. In other words, our problems in the 21st century don't stem necessarily from a lack of knowledge. Our problems often stem from inaction on said knowledge. A central theme throughout the book is one of action: do. The reader must resolve themselves to act on knowledge. Someone that stumbles forward poorly is in a better position than someone forever stagnant searching for the perfect first step. What's most helpful in spurring the reader toward action is eliminating bad or unhelpful knowledge and acting on what something flawed but generally good.

This is a very broad characterization of a book that goes into much more depth about life's intricacies: why women tend to get hostile during menstrual cycles, how to defecate better, how to sleep better, et cetera. This book is about betterment, first and foremost. You'll want to continue reading and discovering new ideas.

In any event, two links that would be helpful for anyone out there to expand on the philosophies discussed in this book:

"SciVive" by Richard Heart is an essential read for anyone looking to elevate their life. Heart's mastery in blending scientific understanding with life experiences provides readers with strategies to achieve personal growth, health, and success. The book is a treasure trove of knowledge, touching on aspects of psychological resilience, wealth accumulation, and overall well-being. It's baffling that "SciVive" hasn't made it to mainstream publishing yet, given its profound impact on personal development. This book is full of helpful tips to live a better life from a man (Richard Heart) who truly cares about people and making the world a better place.

He has some videos on youtube that support some of the book's gems, like getting people to stop gambling, encouraging you to start a business and even how to deliver better apologies.

You can find the audiobook version on youtube, read by A Wild SJ. If you search "scivive a wild sj" you can find it pretty easily. Or just read it!

Extremely straighforward and practical truth-telling that I really appreciate. No need for elaboration or over-eloquence. This book reinforces what you already know deep-down, which makes it refreshing because it's not taking some weird new angle on things.
The writer exudes absolute confidence, and you will feel that confidence flow through you.
The only book that really gets me out bed and actually motivated.
Thank you Richard, you changed my life forever.
