Melanie Dufty lives in Perth, Western Australia, with her architect husband and their teen sons.

She is an astrologer qualified by the Federation of Australian Astrologers and a business writer and editor. I Am Lilith is her first novel.

"Writing I Am Lilith inspired me to clarify myself as a ‘unifist’ rather than a feminist, because while it’s an entertaining story with many outrageousnesses - imagine what a tyrannical female-ruled world might look like - make no mistake… I am all about unity, and so is this novel.

"For years I’d asked the universe, ‘what have I got to say?’ and a plot finally emerged that let me share the big-scale and hopeful understandings I believe to be true about human evolution in a wild story. I Am Lilith was born.

"As an astrologer, I'm intrigued that 6,000 years ago - when Adam and Eve apparently existed -marks a point in an astrological cycle when a matriarchal era became an equally tyrannical patriarchal era, followed by a fated reunion. That era of unification begins now.

"I Am Lilith is an epic tale that also connects at a very intimate level through Lilith's voice."

I Am Lilith is an absolute page-turner that is entertaining and thought provoking with a deep and powerful message of unity.

The characters come alive and are so well developed, you feel like you know them. I felt transported to another place and time in the beautiful scenes detailed in the story.

This is an emotive read filled with sensuality, humor, intrigue and betrayal, all played out with such depth to give you a whole new perspective on Lilith as we have known her, until now.

Lilith is the High Priestess of Ancient Sumer’s greatest city, Uruk. Along with the assistance of her priestesses, her duty is to uphold the superiority of the feminine at all costs. She rules over all men and withholds from them the secret of procreation.

All seems well in Uruk, until Lilith meets gem miner, Adam, who warns her of an impending rebellion of men.

As Lilith falls in love with Adam, she has to make a hard decision, to either ease her hold on men or uphold feminine superiority. Will she be able to strike a balance?

“When you realise my place in history, you might wonder how you haven’t known me until now.”

This sentence aptly explains my thoughts when author Melanie Dufty approached us to do a review of I am Lilith. I had never heard of Lilith or even knew there was such a thing as Jewish mythology. Lilith is said to have been married to Adam before Eve. Intrigued by the story, I couldn’t refuse the opportunity to review this book, and I’m glad I accepted.

Lilith is a strong female character. She oozes confidence and understands her strength as a woman, and will bow down to no one, especially a man. Despite her strength, though, she is empathetic to the plight and abuse of men; she knows they need to be treated better, but is unsure how to use her position to ease their suffering without seeming weak or going against the traditions set by the Great Mother. Creating a balance between women and men in her society is her greatest struggle.

Adam is charismatic and charming, but he made my skin crawl. I constantly changed between trusting him and calling him a liar. Reading about Adam in this light was a challenge for me, as I mentioned to the author as a Muslim, I needed to separate my own belief, from what I was reading in this book in order to fully experience the story and gain perspective.

While I struggled to get into the story in the beginning, as I thought there were just too many rituals, which slowed down the pace of the book, I realized after it was an integral part of the world-building. You need to fully understand how the society worked and ran in order to understand the frustration of men and why they chose to rebel.

Melanie Dufty has written a book that is not only great for conversation and debate around the dinner table, but book clubs or even students in a BA or Masters Program at university will have great discussions about this book. Many questions are raised, one of the most important ones being in my opinion is, as society has evolved and changed over time, how equal have the scales between men and women really become?

★4.5 We are One stars★

~𝑾𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒆 𝒎𝒚 𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒉𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒚, 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒎𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒘𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝒉𝒐𝒘 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆𝒏'𝒕 𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝒎𝒆 𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒍 𝒏𝒐𝒘~

~𝑰 𝒂𝒎 𝑳𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒉, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒊s 𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒚 𝒊𝒔 𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒆~

As usual when it comes to women holding power, the male dominated society who rewrites history, has a bad habit of forgetting them, when that isn’t possible they become witches (Joan of Arc), whores (Mary Magdalene), they fail their natural born role of nurturer (Lady Macbeth), these are just some example in a vast ocean of misinformation. Case in point, Lilith has been forgotten by history or portrayed as an evil creature, it was about time somebody gave her voice.

In a society dominated my women, yes you heard right, some 6000 thousand years ago this was a thing! 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑮𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕 𝑴𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 is the creator of all things, the female population detain the power of creation, to birth new life, to rule over man. Needless to say, the forefathers of the future patriarchal society wouldn’t have it, as usual, they establish their own voice with violence and abuse.

~𝑰 𝒃𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒂 𝒅𝒆𝒆𝒑𝒆𝒓 𝒎𝒆𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒏 𝒘𝒉𝒚 𝒎𝒆𝒏 𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒅𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒚𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒆 𝒘𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒊𝒇 𝒐𝒏𝒍𝒚 𝑰 𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒐𝒅, 𝑰 𝒎𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝒂 𝒘𝒂𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒑𝒂𝒕𝒉~

Lilith in her greatness is very aware changes are about to happen, she acknowledges the world is set for a new course, she understands a great sacrifice needs to be made. As she begins to envision a new life she falls in love, her greater mind welcomes the notion that man and woman can become one. The old ways whereby one gender must rule over the other are wrong and won’t bring peace, unity is the way forward, a balance the key to allow humanity to prosper.

~𝑾𝒆 𝒌𝒏𝒆𝒘 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒔𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒃𝒊𝒓𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒅 𝒂 𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝒆𝒓𝒂 𝒐𝒇 𝒔𝒖𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒖𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒘𝒐𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒅~

If history thought us anything is that humanity isn’t, maybe, worth of prosperity, human beings, regardless of the gender, keep making the same mistakes over and over again, never learning from past generations and their failures, always preposterous in their assuredness to know better.

Greed and thirst for power know no gender, love knows no gender yet people still have to learn this lesson, the patriarchy refuses to give up his dominion, still pretending to be blind, still scared women will eventually take over if given the chance, still trying to control their wombs, bodies and mind; still establishing its supremacy through physical strength, as that’s the only language it speaks.

~𝑨 𝒎𝒂𝒋𝒐𝒓 𝒔𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒅𝒆𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒅, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑰 𝒘𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒐𝒏 𝒎𝒚 𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒉 𝒊𝒇 𝑰 𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒕~

If people were to heed Lilith cry for change they would see that unity brings balance which will ultimately lead to prosperity. Although her vision showed her a great deal of pain women would undergo, she never stopped believing, she foresaw a dreary future yet she persevered, she believed, and now, we as her daughters, owe it to her to endure, because we must still suffer, we still have to carry the burden of man’s greed and his controlling ways, but we must never give up, never back down never stop the worthy fight, regardless of gender, it’s time to stand side by side in unity. #lilithiscoming

~𝑰 𝒈𝒐 𝒃𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒏𝒂𝒎𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑳𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒉, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒔, 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝑰 𝒂𝒎 𝒎𝒖𝒄𝒉 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆. 𝑰 𝒂𝒎 𝑯𝒆𝒓, 𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑯𝒊𝒎. 𝑰 𝒂𝒎 𝒀𝒐𝒖~

Thank you Melanie Dufty for this awesome adventure and for giving voice to our foremother, our giver of life.

I absolutely love this novel. I was torn between racing to uncover the narrative, while re-reading chapters for the delight of the writing and the depth of meaning.

At once reverential and hilarious, the heart-centred writing provides insights into the most intimate aspects of female relationships and rites. In fact, the moments of Lilith and her priestesses together are some of the greatest moments in this novel.

I Am Lilith depicts a civilisation ruled by women, featuring some figures with whom we are familiar and, fascinatingly, through these characters we are challenged to re-consider our own, and broader societal concepts of gender.

You will want to gift this book to all your friends - no matter what their gender identity - just so you can talk about it and discover more layers of meaning in the content. I gave it to all my friends as Christmas presents!

A wonderful novel about the fall of Lilith and the feminine as part of the Grand Precessional cycle.

Set in ancient Mesopotamia, this book has everything from peace, war, love and spiritual awakening generating a thought provoking look at gender equality.

Full of gripping joy, despair and raw human emotion it’s not an easy book to put down or to push to one side once finished. A fabulous read, you won’t be disappointed.

This book is EPIC and will not disappoint. I knew nothing of the story of Lilith prior to reading this book but it was suggested by a friend so I gave it a shot. I had no idea what I was in for. This beautifully descriptive and tightly written book takes you back in time and you feel like you are immersed in the era. Put on your seat belt because you are in for a wild ride through the highs and lows of Lilith. I am a person who can usually figure out the plot twists but this book left me guessing with every twist and turn. As you follow along you may start to notice that the book has many layers. One being the spiritual lessons are sprinkled in inviting you to explore more. I could not put this book down and highly recommend it.

I read this book within a few days of buying it and immediately started reading it again once I finished it. I loved this book the first time and I love it even more the second time through.
It is full of rich imagery, so that you can see, smell, taste, feel and imagine exactly what it must have been like long ago. It is very sensual and captures the essence of the female form.
It is very thought provoking because it examines the balance between men and women and rocks your foundation about what you thought you knew.
At times I felt the depth of love, lust and passion, and at others I felt the bottomless pit of despair and suffering caused by the separation between the feminine and masculine. I highly recommend this book.

Usually when I read a book this incredible, I’m left speechless, and trying to describe it or what I really enjoyed about it proves impossible. Not with this one. Very rarely, you find a book that you know from the first page is going to be absolutely fantastic. This book was that and so much more. I Am Lilith follows the story of Lilith from Jewish mythology and spins her tale in a beautifully powerful and intimidatingly feminist take. In this world, women are at the top of the power scale, and men lay at their feet. And Melanie doesn’t shy away from painting the characters in realistic interpretations of how they would’ve acted under the circumstances; kind women and men abound, but there is a darker side to both that is not afraid to hide itself, showing the cruelties of both femininity and masculinity alike. Which brings me nicely into another thing I really truly loved about this book; the characters themselves. Melanie made them so real, it was as if I had literally stepped into the pages and into their world and experienced all of it firsthand side by side with them, and especially through Lilith. The last time I think I felt this connected to a character was with Circe by Madeline Miller, from which one can draw certain similarities with this novel. It was as if Melanie herself lived Lilith’s life, and possessed this extraordinary power to translate her experience via writing so that we all could experience it just as personally. I could rave about this book for hours but I’ll simply end with this; I have several books this year that I’m very eager about and have very high expectations for, but I Am Lilith will be very challenging to beat. I truly cannot recommend this book enough.

I hated this. It attempts grandeur and philosophy that it is incapable of. It strikes at religious and spiritual themes without following its own logic. Are we all gods, with the power of the universe in our hands? Or are we just humans, subject to the wheel of time and history? Somehow, in this book, we are both. We are a human incapable of swimming against fate, and also the creators of fate incapable of interceding on behalf of the suffering because we are also, somehow, subject to fate. In this view of the world, we are the most important thing imaginable but also completely incapable of doing anything of consequence. Lilith is a pawn in a game being played by Lilith. A complete abdication of responsibility on either side of the equation. Even for those who are interested in the interplay of Human-God-Universe-Fate-History-Morality-Suffering.. this book does little more than meander around the topic, somehow enthusiastically insisting on an incomplete thought.

Ultimately, this is crunchy-cult bullshit. Pseudo feminism. Astrological musings of an individual, insisting that they are universal truths. There are red flags throughout, but the most obvious is in the last chapter, "A woman so lost to herself she cannot find or trust her instinctive knowing, heeding shortsighted opinions on how she and her young should be treated with harmful medicines, ready to hand over her power and comply."

I can't imagine anyone who doesn't already align with the beliefs of the author could truly enjoy this book. This book, apart from all other investigation, is a poorly written plot with inconsistent characters in a form clearly borrowed from other, better authors. Save yourself the time. I genuinely don't understand how it's currently rated so highly.

This beautifully told story set 6000 years ago is strangely missing from our history books. It transports you to a liberated and lux time of the goddess and feminine rule. The tables are turned? Written with a lightness of touch it is a true journey to untold sensuous days, delivered with skilful detail and pace. It made me ponder our own imbalances today, how they are strange and how we belong to a shared cosmic continuum.

This is a brilliant first novel that will never leave you. It may even stir feelings of deep desires and unity. Surely this is a 'matrix' level story of characters playing out universal truths that speak to us all across the ages. I guess I Am Lilith is part romantic fantasy and historical fiction, but at a deeper level above the empowered freedom and ritualistic earthly desires there is real power and wisdom in this epic tale that will rip your heart and make you wonder about your own journey and how the energies play out for you, today. Highly recommended. Not to be read just once....

I LOVED this book and can't recommend it enough to others. It was so incredibly well-written. There was no awkward phrasing, no poorly written characters or plots.

Follow High Priestess Lilith as she leads her prosperous, peaceful city. Strong, capable, and independent, Lilith leads the charge in keeping women empowered, but at the cost of the equality of the men. Falling in love with Adam proves to be difficult for her, having been used to depending on herself and women only. But Adam has treacherous ambitions.

It's horribly frustrating to witness a society where men are so thoroughly abused and unwanted, but it simply echoes what once was when women were in their position, and it's intriguing to witness such a twist.

When you read this book it takes you through a time and place where your assumptions about life are flipped. The choices we make and the intuitive nuances we feel are part of a grander cosmic order and a plan we’re all a part of - whether we like it or not. Or if we’re aware of it or not. This books takes you to places within the self where you recognise no matter what you choices you make there’s always a grander experience, plan and legacy unfolding.

Feminine versus masculine, goddess ritual, and rite. Love and acceptance and the journey through anguish suffering and complete annihilation. Lilith serves it up and ignites the biggest lessons for us all. Unification.
I loved it.

Loved this book. Not often do I find a book that I can’t put down but this one was one of those. I laughed, I cried, I was shocked, I loved. Totally got carried away into the storyline, the characters and their lives. It is enthralling.
Lilith is a complex character who displays both the dark and the light. All the characters inspired me to take a deeper look within myself. The book inspired me to remember a deeper current is always at play, we may not always see it but if we trust we can find the higher meaning and it will always unfold as love, as unity.

I was completely enthralled by the story of Lilith. I found myself immersed in the scenes, smells and senses of this ancient landscape so beautifully described by Melanie Dufty. I loved the language, the sensual and beautiful descriptions of women in their powerful sexuality, the weaving of ancient wisdom, astrology and mysticism into the story. I loved the strength and vulnerability of Lilith and the way I could somehow relate to this high priestess who lives in mythical legend. Thank you Melanie and...more please!!

The descriptive and sensual language instantly placed me in Uruk, where I Am Lilith is set and I loved being a part of a feminine-ruled world. The host of intriguing characters, the link to astrology and fast-paced storyline made it a lot of fun but the deeper messages of unity and embracing feminine and masculine energies is where the magic in Melanie's book lies. It's a book I know I'll read multiple times. Highly recommend.

Lilith The First

I am pleasantly surprised at how the story of Lilith unfolded. A high Priestess to the greatest civilization of feminine power ever known to a mythical creature unfavorable in legend. I always knew deep down that it was not fair to demonize her. This book was what I waited for in the complete answer. Yes Lilith was bitter but we all are here to learn our lessons and now she is in the white light of great feminine presence. Thank you!

This book was an absolute page turner. Admittedly, I’m not the most spiritual person but I found the narrative around the powers of energy, crystals and astrology intriguing. The writing transported me 6,000 years into the past and provoked thought about gender equity, power and unity. Throw in an epic and erotic love story and you’ve got yourself a fantastic read.

'I Am Lilith' - An epic reimagining of the story of Lilith

The legend of Lilith.

I rated 'I Am Lilith' three stars out of five - like just over a half-moon rating - but in this case it doesn't mean that I think it's mediocre, that it isn't for me, or that I don't recommend it. On the contrary, I absolutely recommend that everyone, as many people as humanly possible, hear of it, and read it.

For while there are some things in it that annoyed me and made me very uncomfortable - such as the misfortune of hindsight on the reader's part and being frustrated by the main first woman Lilith's foolishness and disregarding of red flags, and the infuriating idea of a handsome, domineering and assertive man mollifying and successfully bringing a strong feminist woman to submission being perpetuated here, not to mention all the SA - 'I Am Lilith' is overall an important feminist book, containing so many universal truths, common sense, and profound and inspiring quotes.

It provides warnings on human errors, repeated throughout history, too.

(Some of my three-star books are like that, actually.)

'I Am Lilith' is not a long novel, but it is epic in scope, scale, themes, details, historical research, and in its reimagining the dawn of the patriarchy, and how it has shaped our civilisation, culture, and society as we know it all still even today.

It is epic in, *ahem*, biblical proportions.

It is like a female-dominated 'The Lord of the Rings'. It is Shakespearean. It is like 'The Women of Troy' by Euripides. It is a representation of a matriarchal/world order collapse. Epic. Tragic.

It is enchanting as well as relevant. Towards its end, it is especially somber, depressing, horrific, and overwhelming, but in a good, beneficial way. It is a cautionary tale. A warning to every human obsessed with dividing and conquering.

Subjugation, oppression, abuse, slavery, jealousy, envy, hatred, revenge, violence, war, and no empathy, compassion and kindness - these lead to the death of civilisation and humanity. We need to realise this.

'I Am Lilith' could help us to understand ourselves and each other, regardless of gender. It could even save us all.

We are all different, yet not that different. We each deserve respect. We are as one - human.

Oh, the negative notes are coming back: 'I Am Lilith' is a little overwritten and meandering, its chapters are too long, and nearly all the adult female characters around Lilith - the priestesses, the matrons, and the councillors - are not well defined and are indistinguishable. I thought and felt that Lilith, Adam, and Lilith's twin brother Sabium - the three key players of humanity's fate and "destiny" (Eve doesn't appear until much later on, and she is ostensibly a pawn and a tool) - had the most solid, three-dimensional characterisation. Well, except maybe for Lilith's little daughter Aea - I'll remember her for a long time.

But you know what? 'I Am Lilith' is still well written, and clearly written from the heart. It has passion and force. Melanie Dufty wanted to tell us something in planning it, typing it up, and putting it out there.

Indeed, it is radical, unconventional, bold, daring, brave, and blasphemous. It is soaring-ly, sorrowfully unique, unlike anything that has been written before; even less so in 2020. No wonder it was independently published, and subsequently marked as a banned book.

Of course I recommend it. And of course I am keeping it on my shelf, despite my own niggling, personal gripes.

'I Am Lilith' - feel the feminine power. And love. It is eye-opening, awe-inspiring, and terribly, brutally heartbreaking.

Lilith knows how the patriarchy came to be. She was there. She tried to stop it. Tried to prevent it. She tried to fight for equality between the sexes; to be a diplomat. She tried to stop man's world from seeping into our reality; from spreading globally - forcefully, violently, bloodily, persistently. She knows all about the curse on our world - the curse of the patriarchy; evil, power-hungry, insecure, fearful, desperate, unrelenting, fragile, broken men's power over everything and everyone.

Lilith knows that true equality - the merging and sharing between the feminine and the masculine, for us to truly become one, to get over ourselves already - to disregard societal concepts of gender - and see each other as equal humans with our own power and rights to simply be human, to be free - it is possible.

Someday.

We just have to let it.

Give equality and peace - of mind, body, heart, and spirit - a chance.

But really, we do need to get over ourselves, and stop obsessing over "superiority" and "inferiority" based entirely on genitalia. On genetics, biology, breeding and sexual reproduction. What nonsense. What a limited scope and views. Toxic, harmful rubbish.

Following this, I have to add that one of the novel's themes is all-encompassing love - and that includes queer love. Same sex love and couples are present. Sadly, I don't think there is anything regarding trans and nonbinary rep, nor asexual rep, and most of the women are also mothers. More flaws of the book.

At least it remembers menstruation.

I love Lilith. The first independent, indomitable woman. The first truly loving and passionate woman. The first feminine power.

No-- every power.

Lilith - the first and most misunderstood, contested, targeted, dehumanised, demonised, flawed, complex, complicated woman.

'I Am Lilith'

We are Lilith.

(Read it and you'll know what I mean. That is all I have to say.)

Final Score: 3/5

I really enjoyed I Am Lilith.

The plot takes you travelling along with the main character, Lilith, the star of the saga.

Lilith is challenged by a rapidly changing world and her shifting perception of it. While she undergoes her own realisation in respect of this, she explains the female-dominated world of society in Mesopotamia, some 6,000 years ago. The concept is fabulous - turning the table on patriarchy and describing the world with women on top.

The author's style is descriptive, providing a vivid sense of action while giving you a clear sense of the setting. She plays beautifully with words and crafts some excellent phrases, connecting a language of antiquity with some modern accents.

The content is titillating and occasionally saucy; the plot builds nicely until its climax and finishes with an entirely satisfying ending.

If anything, I am excited to see this writer join the ranks of the published and patiently await her second novel.

This powerful, thought-provoking book totally transports you to another time and place. The vivid language and depth of characters draws you into this world where the feminine rules, and begs you to consider your ideas of equality and unity and how that fits in the world of today.

Lilith is an inspired character. A mythological heroine for the modern day, blessed and burdened by the choices she makes. This is such an interesting new take on the story we all know of Adam and Eve.

This novel is full of love, power, war and hate, the joys and downfalls of humanity. It’s an epic roller coaster ride that is written so convincingly you could believe it is historical fact rather than the tantalising fictional feast that it is.

I highly recommend I Am Lilith!

Rocked my foundations in the best way. It's hard to classify - it's not traditional fantasy or historical fiction, partly because there is an astrological theme about human evolution around the feminine and masculine interaction.

4/5 spice rating, it's spiritually spicey. The way women's sexuality and bodies are so celebrated and revered, something to be proud of and used for very spiritual purposes through to purely pleasure as a worthy act in itself... it reconnected me to something about the power and sacredness of sexuality and what it really means without all the shame and control of the patriarchy.

What happens to Lilith is heartbreaking but also brings a very unexpected and liberating perspective, with a lot of hope that humans can make peace. I love this book.

Great read, really enjoyed this one. It is not my normal genre but was recommended by a friend as a must. Once I picked it up I found it hard to put down. This book covers many bases, part history, part spiritual, part feminine versus masculine and vice versa as well as enough raunch to keep both sexes and all preferences entertained. Highly recommend this one to all and any.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Not only was it hard to put down, but it also spoke to me on a much deeper level highlighting the need for the masculine and feminine to come into harmony both on a personal level but also on a societal level. So much food for thought in this book!
