For head's sake, I came here thinking this episode got a 9.5 or smth, then found it's only 8.3 and some ppl complaining, really?
It's one of the best episodes. It describes how different ppl react to things in a very accurate and funny way.

F*** all the haters who say this is the worst episode. Music is supposed to attract people to a TV show/movie, not steer them away. Anyway, this is the episode got me used to things I don't get used to when I watch internet videos and attracted me with it's music. Would love a full soundtrack, because so far, I love the 2 songs featured. Hell, I'd listen to the whole album if I had to. Back to the episode, and Morty's singing voice, the problem with his singing voice is it doesn't sound much like his speaking voice, which really bothers me. I understand that shaky voices are hard to do while singing, but only thing I'd say to the people behind the voices is try a bit harder next time.
Sup. Ice Tea saving the planet, Drunk Rick singing the schwifty song. Morty disagreeing with Rick on moral grounds and grabbing the nearest Rick technology and randomly pressing the buttons. Kevinniederman you seem like a real Morty. It's not an insult to most people because they don't know Morty, but you do, you know Morty don't you. So you know what i'm saying when i call you a Morty.
I loved this episode. The whole misinterpretation of the church followers. They interpret a completely false reality because they don't know the answers and listen to the guy who seems to make sense. No correlation there in our current religious doctrines at all.
The meaninglessness of our current fad with x-factor or Idol. They put the earth on the elimination round as a joke. We don't have the earth on the elimination round of a make believe reality contest every week because it's stupid. You can't do stupid every week. Just like Idol and X-factor, it's all a meaningless, stupid contest. These guys come up with original stuff to hold a mirror to our ordinary stuff. But when you look a bit deeper they say something about it.
Right from the start your review had me separated. Because this is classic Rick and Morty. I loved it. Made me laugh and made me think. Simpsons never did that

The funniest part is the user reviews seeing profound philosophy in this light entertainment.
