    This is another hit from the Fisher Factory of small books about big thinking that changes how we work together. No fluff. Plenty of well-written sentences to clip and post as reminders.
    Fisher and Sharp start with the importance of clarifying purpose. They are in good company. Like Bent Flyvbjerg (24 years later), they emphasize thinking before doing. They show how you can lead when you don't occupy the nominal leadership chair. Worth readying and re-reading.

Although the book presents sound principles and correctly advises readers to apply these principles personally before using them in groups, I felt that these principles were obvious, low-level stuff. I wanted something more advanced.
