I know true perfection doesn't really exist and that every show has it's flaws, but with The Good Place I just can't think of what they would be.
The Good Place is a fantastic show that I will forever remember fondly and to anyone reading this I hope you give the show a chance and watch it through.
Take it sleazy.

The Good Place is such a fun and original show that I promise you'll have a good time while watching. It stars Eleanor Shellstrop (Kristen Bell) in the afterlife called the Good Place. She's so relieved to be there but quickly finds out that's she there by accident. She does her best to hide from the man in charge Micheal (Ted Danson) and his all knowing assistant, Janet (D'Arcy Cardon). She meets her soul mate, Chidi (William Jackson Harper), while there and her seemingly perfect neighbors Tahani (Jameela Jamil) and Jason ( Manny Jacinto) and figures out that it's not too late too change and prove she does belongs there. The cast is brilliant as is the writing. If you're looking for a great comedy to kill some time with then give this a try. You won't be disappointed.
I thought this would be boring, but watched the pilot... then the second episode... then the third... fourth... fifth... sixth... seventh... and came full-stop only because those are the only episodes I could watch now On Demand.
Smart, funny, and thoughtful, with diverse characters and a quirky premise. Fun to see Ted Danson in a comedy again, too.
Not the usual, run-of-the-mill comedy, but also not just an off-the-rail-whatever show. Always seems to be an ethical point made.
I especially like the "Welcome" movie. Wondering about MY score.

Perfect. Just perfect. I appreciate that the series ended at the right time, and I can feel that it served its exact purpose. The whole cast/crew deserves a standing ovation. Every detail of this series is so meaningful, funny, sad, smart, emotional, all at the same time.
It was a unique and enlightening experience to watch this series. I can recommend it to anyone, with any kind of taste.

This is a must watch show, the premise allows for a lot of fun plotlines and even after the overall entire premise changes it changes for the better, a lot of the show revolves around the philosophical questions of morality but they're presented on a fun way instead of the boring college professor way that one may expect, it's surreal so it might not be for everybody and it does have a silly story.
It never really explores in depth a lot of the philosophical questions that they present but it perfectly served as an introduction to get into philosophy.
The actors are great and their relationship feels so real and natural and human.

- TriviaOn January 4, 2019, a video appeared on The Good Place YouTube feed entitled "Janet's Void: What Actually Happens When * BING *". It consists of five hours of Janet standing around in her void, occasionally disappearing. You Tube commentators soon noticed that her disappearances were about 22 minutes long, the length of an episode.
- GoofsThe first time Eleanor and Chidi meet, Chidi claims that he is speaking French but the Good Place translates it into a language Eleanor understands. Yet in flashbacks on Earth he is seen speaking and writing in English.
In Everything Is Fine (2016) he says that he is multilingual. He grew up in Senegal, but also lived in Paris and Sydney.
