Malik Bendjelloul (Arabic: مالك بن جلول; 14 September 1977 – 13 May 2014) was a Swedish documentary filmmaker, journalist and former child actor. He directed the 2012 documentary Searching for Sugar Man, which won an Academy Award and a BAFTA Award.
